O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 2005, 2007, 2009, 2015, 2019,
2029, 2101, 2105 and 2109 11th Avenue; 1046, 1056 and 1058 Southern Street; and
2016 and 2020 Comer Avenue is proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) District and RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial). (55-A-06-Wightman) (Councilor McDaniel) (The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommends approval.)
(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at east side of old Cusseta Road
bordering Fort Benning is proposed for rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family
Residential 2) District/GC (General Commercial) to RMF2 (Residential
Multi-Family 2) District. (58-CA-06-Cusseta Road, LLC) (Councilor McDaniel)
(The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Division
recommends conditional approval.)
(3) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 6017, 6219, 6227 and 6251 Buena
Vista Road and property along the southern border of Georgetown Elementary is
proposed for rezoning from GC (General Commercial) District/SFR2 (Single Family
Residential 2) to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) District.

the Planning Division recommends conditional approval.)
(4) 1st Reading ? Request to amend the text of the Unified Development
Ordinance to allow clubs or lodges in the GC (General Commercial) and LMI
(Light Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning districts as a Special Exception Use.
(5) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at East side of River Road between
Creekrise and Mountain Creek/Rivercrest Subdivision is proposed for rezoning
from RE (Residential Estate 1) District/SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) to
PUD (Planned Unit Development) District/SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1).

(6) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance amending the Pay Plan for The Consolidated
Government as adopted in the Fiscal Year 2007 Budget Ordinance No. 06-40;
providing educational incentives available to public safety employees and
repealing conflicting provisions; and for other purposes. (Budget Review
Committee)
