CDAC Board Replacements
Tiny, At the March 2012 Quarterly Meeting of the CDAC Board, the Board voted
to declare the position held by Adrian Cox vacant due to a lack of attendance.
Mr. Cox has not attended a meeting since he was appointed. Also attempts to
reach him by mail have resulted in the mail being returned. We have left
messages on his phone answering service, but have not received any returned
calls.
Per my records, this recent vacancy brings the total of vacancies for this
Board to 3. I requested a list of Board Members from your office and noticed a
name listed that I have not received any information on. The name is Olive
Kendall. I have no contact information on this appointment.
Also, the list had Edgardo Cardona still showing as a Board Member. As per the
email below, the Board requested that this Board position be listed as vacant
due to a lack of attendance in June 2011.
Please provide me the contact information for the most current addition to the
Board and please notify Council of the need to fill the remaining 2 vacancies.
