(1) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 506 23rd St. is proposed for rezoning
from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to RMF1 (Residential
Multi Family 1) zoning district. (15-CA-09-Neighbor Works Columbus)
(Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is for Single Family Home. The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommends conditional
approval.
(2) 2nd Reading - Property located at 2416 Warm Springs Road is proposed for
rezoning from RO (Residential Office w/Conditions) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office w/Amended Conditions) zoning district. Interested parties
may reference Zoning Ordinance 01-35. (16-CA-09-Cummings) (Councilor McDaniel)
The proposed use is for Medical Office. The Planning Advisory Commission and
the Planning Department recommends conditional approval. (As amended)
(3) 2nd Reading - An ordinance providing for the demolition of various

Georgia by deleting from the ?Official Street Map, City of Columbus, Georgia?
the street segment and right-of-way of Redd Avenue beginning at the south
right-of-way line of 23rd Street and running south to the end of the existing
street right-of-way a distance of 70 feet plus/minus; providing that all
existing utility easements of record remain in effect and providing appropriate
width as required by the applicable utility companies will be reserved for
unknown utilities; authorizing the disposal of said property in accordance with
the Columbus Charter; repealing any conflicting ordinances; and for other
