A Resolution establishing qualifying fees for county offices of the
Consolidated Government to be filled in the 2012 primaries and elections.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. ? 21-2-131, the following qualifying fees for the 2012
primaries and elections are fixed for the following county offices and shall be
published in the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer by the Executive Director of the
Board of Elections and Registration after signing of this Resolution and prior
to February 1, 2012:

School Board Member $360.00
Municipal Court Judge $2,320.00
Probate Court Judge $2,320.00
Sheriff $2,320.00
Clerk, Superior Court $2,320.00

Solicitor, State Court $3,347.00
Tax Commissioner $2,320.00
Coroner $1,800.00
Municipal Court Marshal $1,624.00
