An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3109 Cusseta Road from GC (General Commercial) Zoning District to
RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from GC (General Commercial) Zoning District to RMF1
(Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being the
State of Georgia County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, which is known and
distinguished as part of lot number one (1), in block numbered twelve (12), of
that certain subdivision of land known as W.T. Andrews Subdivision of D.A.
Andrews Survey according to a map or plat entitled, part lot 1, block 12, W. T.
Andrews Subdivision of D.A. Andrews Survey.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
26th day of April, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of ___________, 2011 and adopted at said meeting
by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
