1. 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Chapter 3 of the Columbus Code to

provide for the alcoholic beverage licensing of Bottle Shops; to update certain

definitions; and for other purposes. (Councilor Garrett)

2. 2nd Reading - An ordinance providing a moratorium not to exceed 180 days on

the use of Shared Electronic Scooters within the confines of Columbus, Georgia

except for test programs authorized by this Council and that said moratorium

shall expire no later than midnight on January 27, 2020; and for other

purposes. (Councilor Crabb)
