Sam- welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 11:00am.
November Minutes approved.
Box Office: Lisa
We continue to work on building shows. Dale is busy booking.
We are suggestive selling gift cards. Hopefully sales will pick up on them.
Finance: Dale
Went over finance report.
Marketing: Robin
Review of upcoming events sheet.
Public Ice skating schedule is out for December and we are anticipating a good
turn out. Sam-once you get the new Ice Rink will we have a bigger inventory of
skates. Robin- yes we will.
I am working on the advertisement for Sesame Street Live. Mildred showed the
board the TO DO section of Thursday?s paper and stated she thought it was good.
Sam thanked her and agreed.
We have Mixed Martial Arts coming back. This will be there third time.
The web site is almost ready to go live.
Operations: Brian
We are staying busy with all the change over?s.
We did get the fit in the pit program started.
Boston Culinary:David
We had a busy month with AFLAC. This weekend we will be busy with JVL. We have
about two caterings a week.
Director: Dale Hester
The last time we met I was going to a conference to check out some new fairs.
It looks like we will be keeping the same fair. We will be negotiating the
contract for more rides and more money. We are also going to do a spring fair
this year.
We are working on a couple of new events. I am working with Corta to get a
tennis match in here. Will talk more to them in the New Year.
Working on getting Rascal Flats and Darius Rucker. We are staying busy.
