Oliver Duggar contacted again concerning the Disability Awareness Day at
Gateway church. Forwarded information to Committee and community agencies.
Contacted by Catherine Dukes. Requesting advise/information regarding her
disabled daughter moving from hospital to assistant living facility. Bradley
would not accept her. Forwarded information to committee members and called ADA
Helpline to get information to assist Ms. Dukes. Forwarded information to Ms.
Dukes (to also call ADA herself). Will follow up.
Contacted by Bobby Smith from Muscogee County School District requesting
information on Girls Challenger Little League. 706-748-2215. bsmith@mcsdga.net I forwarded
information to Committee members who could assist. Lisa Jenkins responded and
ask for assistance from other organizations. Will get update from Mr. Smith.
