It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as a member of the Board of
Health. I would like to thank the City Council and Board of Health for giving
me this opportunity as it has provided me with greater understanding of the
Health Department's role in the community. It is with regret I must resign due
to family obligations which take me away from Columbus. Whenever possible, I
will volunteer and provide support. Much success with all health initiatives.

Brenda, thank you for your call this afternoon. As we discussed, If you can
just respond back to my e-mail concerning your need/desire to resign your Board
of Health position from the Columbus Board of Health we will be able to request
the Columbus City Council appoint a new member for the board. We appreciate so
much all you have done for the Health Department before and during your tenure
on the Board of Health. You have been a wonderful strong voice for the public
