AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 7462 Old Moon Road from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District
to RO (Residential Office) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing 1.1 acres of the following described property from
SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to RO (Residential Office) District:
All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, being PART OF LAND LOT 22 of the EIGHTH LAND DISTRICT
of said County, and being PART OF PARCEL 5, ESTATE OF JOE W. LIVINGSTON and
PART OF OLD MOON ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, all as shown upon a plat recorded in Plat
Book 58, Folio 48 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia, and being located within the following meets and bounds, to
wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin located on the northeasterly 1:ne of the 60-foot right
of way of Moon Road at a point 175 feet southeasterly, as measured along; the
curving northeasterly line of said 60 foot right of way of Moon Road, from an
iron pin located at the point where the common line dividing said Land Lot 22
from Lal1d Lot 21 of the said Eighth District intersects this: northeasterly
line of said 60 foot right: if way of Moon Road, and from said point of
beginning running thence North 69 degrees 18.50 minutes East a distance of
371.38 feet to an iron pin; running thence South 35 degrees 34.5 minutes East a
distance of 50 feet to an iron pin; running thence South 45 degrees 12 minutes
West a distance of 354.57 feet to an iron pin located on the northeasterly line
of said 60 foot right of way of Moon Road; running thence North 42 degrees 34
minutes west, along the northeasterly line of said 60 foot right of way of Moon
Road, a distance of 53.46 feet to an iron pin; d continuing thence
northwesterly along the curving northeasterly line of said 60 foot right of way
of Moon Road, a distance of 149.43 feet to the point of beginning.
This conveyance is made subject to all valid and enforceable restrictive
covenants and easements. Said conveyance is further subject to a11recorded
security interests on said property.
