An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 7974 Shinn Drive from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to
SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing .8300 acres of the following described property from
SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential
4) District:
Beginning at an iron pin located at the southwesterly corner of the
intersection of Lloyd Road and Shinn Drive, and from said point of the
beginning running thence south 01 degree 32 minutes west, along the westerly
line of Lloyd Road, a distance of 217.10 feet to an iron pin; running thence
south 88 degrees 27 minutes west a distance of 158.47 feet to an iron pin;
running thence north 00 degree 04 minutes west, traversing said Lot 15 and
along the easterly line of the adjacent land of Grantors, a distance of 229.50
feet to an iron pin located on the southerly line of Shinn Drive; and running
thence south 87 degrees 09 minutes east, along the southerly line of Shinn
Drive, a distance of 164.69 feet to point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
8th day of March, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the ___ day of , 2011 and adopted at said meeting by
the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
