I. RIVERCENTER PARKING - STUDENT DAY RATE:
Authorization is request to reduce the monthly parking lease for Day Students
at the RiverCenter's parking deck to $15 Monday-Friday. An agenda report and
resolution are attached.
II. GEORGIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY - HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested to accept, if approved, a grant in the
amount of $39,255 from The Georgia Emergency Management Agency Homeland
Security Grant Program for Explosive Device Response Operations. An agenda
report and resolution are attached.
III. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ? CUSSETA ROAD, LLC:
Authorization is requested to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with
Cusseta Road, LLC Development for participation in the development of a
connection roadway between Lexington Heights Subdivision and Old Cusseta Road.
An agenda report and resolution are attached.
IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? BOBY COURT:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Boby Court located in the Sixth
Addition to Sun Hill. The Department of Engineering has inspected this street
and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are
attached.
V. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? VILLAGE COURT, VILLAGE WAY, COMPASS TRAIL AND HONEY DO
COURT:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Village Court, that portion of
Village Way, that portion of Compass Trail, and that portion of Honey Do Court
located in Section One, The Villages on St Mary?s. The Department of
Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance. An
agenda report, map and resolution are attached.

Authorization is requested to accept a deed to Walkingstick Way and that

Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government, Parks and Recreation Department is
seeking vendors to provide tennis court surfacing supplies to be purchased on
an ?as needed basis?. The contract term shall be for one year, with the option
to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be
contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.

renew for five (5) additional twelve-month periods. The renewal will be based
solely upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the Columbus Consolidated
Government and the Contractor.

Provide six (6) mid-size 2-wheel drive SUVs to be used by the Inspections and
Codes, Engineering and Highways and Roads Division, three (3) mid-size 4-wheel
drive SUVs to be used by Inspections and Codes and one (1) full-size SUV to be
used by Engineering Drainage.
