Office visit by Mae F. Buellar. Requesting information for volunteer work with

committee or other agencies. Gave Ms. Buellar some agencies she may be able to volunteer

and work with.

Received call from Jeanette Brown. 706-563-8878 Will return call.

Received call from Jamie Young with the Hampton Center in New York, requesting

information for services and resources in the Columbus area for patron moving

to the area. 631-702-1019 Forwarded a request for information to agencies in the Columbus

area. Returned call to Ms. Young. Jenny Dowdy with the SOURCE program at the

Medical Center directed to contact the Area Agency on Aging (AAA).

Pat McClark (?) called with concerns about the wheelchairs and other accessible

issues at the Government Center. Was not happy with the assisted she received

for her disabled son. 706-565-9245 (work #) Will return call and provide

information to departments?i.e. bailiffs, etc.?on assisting patrons and offer

assistance on providing service to patrons and customers with disabilities.

Received call from Phyllis Alford concerning receiving assistance from Police

Department on trespassers in her house. Doesn?t feel she is getting the

assistance from the Police she needs when calls are made. Will contact

appropriate authorities to inquire about procedures that apply in such

circumstances.

Received call from Nerita Davis, Trainer Assessment Manager, offering trainer

services for our general committee meetings presentations and others.

ndavis@protrainedu.org. Gave Ms. Davis information to contact our Training

Department as well.

Received call from Nancy Duncan, Executive Director of Disability Resource

Group, requesting services and resource for local patron in Columbus. (An

amputee who is losing his vision). Replied via email and forwarded request to community

agencies to assist and provide information for patron.
