An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2004 6th Avenue from RMF 2 (Residential Multi Family 2) District to
RO (Residential Office) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from RMF 2
(Residential Multi Family 2) District to RO (Residential Office) District:
ALL THAT LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF
GEORGIA, COUNTY OF MUSCOGEE, CITY OF COLUMBUS, IN THE "ROSE HILL ANNEX" AND
BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ALL OF LOT NUMBER 14 IN THE HUDSON SUBDIVISION OF
"ROSE HILL PARK" AS SAID LOT IS SHOWN UPON A MAP OR PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED IN
THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN
DEED BOOK "CC" FOLIO .530, SAID LOT FRONTING i4 FEET AND 8 INCHES ON THE EAST
LINE OF THOMAS AVENUE AND RUNNING SQUARELY BACK to TILE WEST LINE OF LOT
NUMBERED 13 IN THE AFOREMENTIONED SUBDIVISION, THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT BEING
113 FEET AND THE SOUTH LINE BEING 105FEET; ALSO, A STRIP OF LAND EXTENDING
ACROSS THE EAST END OF LOT NUMBER ELEVEN IN SAID SURVEY, BEING IN THE SHAPE OF
A TRAPEZOID, THE NORTH LINE BEING FIVE FEET IN LENGTH AND THE SOUTH LINE BEING
FOURTEEN FEET.

14th day of April, 2009; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of ____________, 2009 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
