An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at the North East corner of I-185 and Williams Road Parcel I.D.
#192-003-008. The purpose of this amendment is to delete Condition Number 8.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance number 99-15 is hereby amended by deleting Condition Number 8 in its
entirety.
(Condition No. 8 formerly read as follows:
8. The use of the property is limited to those shown on the site plan (See
site plan filed with this ordinance). )
