I. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - COLUMBUS DEPOT SPECIAL PROJECT

SECTION 112 GRANT:



Authorization is requested to enter into a contractual agreement with the

Georgia Department of Transportation to receive $185,600 in funds for the

restoration and preservation of the Columbus Depot. This is the second of two

grants for the Columbus Depot Project. An agenda report and resolution are

attached.





II. GEORGIA NATIONAL GUARD - DRAINAGE EASEMENT:



Authorization is requested to obtain a drainage and utility easement from

Georgia National Guard on property located at 2502 Victory Drive and consisting

of a 30 foot strip for the 25th Avenue Storm Sewer Replacement Project. An

agenda report, resolution and map are attached.





III. QUIT CLAIM DEED:



Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed for any rights, title

and interest in Parcel "C" to the Sears Trust so as to facilitate petition to

quiet title. The property is located between property owned by Muscogee County

School District and Roxbury Subdivision on Reese Road. An agenda report,

resolution and map are attached.

Scope of RFB

Provide HVAC upgrade services for the Government Center Annex. In order to

meet the specified warranty requirements, the Contractor must be trained and

certified for the installation and services of the Variable Refrigerant Flow

Zoning (VRFZ) system specified (Section 15051) for this project.



2. Tables & Chairs Re-Bid- - RFB No. 09-0022

Scope of RFB

Provide 45 tables and 450 folding chairs to be used by the Parks & Recreation

Department.

Scope of RFB

Provide four (4) 14-passenger mini-buses to be used by the Recreation Services

1. Consulting Services for Employee Benefit Plan (Annual Contract) ? RFP No.

09-0011

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is evaluating the option of selecting a

benefits management firms to strategically plan, broker, implement, and support

our employee benefits programs. Contract term shall be for two years with the

option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. The option to renew

will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
