O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Section 4-63 of the Columbus Code to
provide that the Columbus Aquatics Commission will meet bimonthly instead of
monthly; and for other purposes. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)
(2) 1st Reading - REZN-11-18-2019: An ordinance rezoning property at 5404 Moon
Road. The current zoning is SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2). The proposed
zoning is SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) and the proposed use is single
family homes. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommended approval. Applicant is RE/MAX Executive Group. (Councilor Crabb)
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(3) EXCP-10-18-1893: A resolution authorizing a special exception to allow the
operation of a used auto/truck sales at 4929 15th Avenue. Auto/Truck sales,
new and used, in excess of one-half (.5) acre but less than two (2) acres
located within the General Commercial zoning district require a special
exception. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommended approval. Applicant is Jimmy McClellan. (Councilor Garrett)
(4) EXCP-11-18-2017: A resolution authorizing a special exception to allow the
operation of a wireless communication tower at 3978D Essex Heights Court. A
wireless communications tower located within the Residential Estate 1 zoning
district requires a special exception. The Planning Advisory Commission and
the Planning Department recommended approval. Applicant is Wright Wade.
