WHEREAS, Mrs. Judy D. McCullars, Deputy Tax Commissioner with the Muscogee
County Tax Commissioners Office, retired on May 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mrs. McCullars has been with the Muscogee County Tax Commissioners
Office since November 7, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MRS. JUDY D. McCULLARS
who has served with the Muscogee County Tax Commissioners Office for 21 years.
We wish her happiness and contentment in her retirement.

Department, retired on May 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Mills has been with the Muscogee County Sheriff?s Department since
January 30, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

MR. LEROY E. MILLS
