An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3604 Hamilton Road from RMF1 (Residential Multi Family 1) zoning
district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from RMF1
(Residential Multi Family 1) zoning district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial)
zoning district:
All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 69,
8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and
designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED TWENTY (20), in BLOCK LETTERED "0", REVISED
MAP OF ROSE HILL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as shown on a map or plat of said
Subdivision dated September, 1937, made by T. L. Moss, Jr., and recorded in
Plat Book I, Folio 36, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for a more particular
description and location of said Lot 20.
A survey of said lot dated July 21, 1994, made by Hobbs, Smith & Associates,
Inc., is recorded in Plat Book 126, Folio 17, in the office of said Clerk.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
23rd day of March, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of ________, 2009 and adopted at said meeting by
the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
