I. TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT # 1 - BENNING TECHNOLOGY PARK:



Approval is requested to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the

Columbus Consolidated Government and the Muscogee County School District for

Tax Allocation District # 1 Benning Technology Park consenting to the inclusion

of certain school district ad valorem taxes in the computation of the Tax

Allocation Increments with respect to the TAD.





II. TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT # 2 - 6TH AVENUE/LIBERTY DISTRICT:



Approval is requested to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the

Columbus Consolidated Government and the Muscogee County School District for

Tax Allocation District # 2 6th Avenue/Liberty District consenting to the

inclusion of certain school district ad valorem taxes in the computation of the

Tax Allocation Increments with respect to the TAD.





III. TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT # 3 - UPTOWN:



Approval is requested to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the

Columbus Consolidated Government and the Muscogee County School District for

Tax Allocation District # 3 Uptown consenting to the inclusion of certain

school district ad valorem taxes in the computation of the Tax Allocation

Increments with respect to the TAD.





IV. TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT # 4 - 2ND AVENUE/CITY VILLAGE:



Approval is requested to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the

Columbus Consolidated Government and the Muscogee County School District for

Tax Allocation District # 4 2nd Avenue/City Village consenting to the inclusion

of certain school district ad valorem taxes in the computation of the Tax

Allocation Increments with respect to the TAD.





V. 2017-2021 FIVE YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN - FY17 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN - CITIZENS

PARTICIPATION PLAN:



Approval is requested to file the 2017-2021 Five Year Consolidated Plan, FY17

Annual Action Plan, Citizens Participation Plan, and applications for

entitlement funding for the Community Development Block Grant and Home

Investment Partnership Program.







There will be a Budget Review Committee meeting Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 1:00

p.m. or directly after the Regular Council Meeting and aired live on CCG-TV.

1. Safety Equipment (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 16-0033

Scope of Bid

Provide safety equipment to include: approximately 200 back support safety

belts, approximately 3,250 safety vests, approximately 5,000 safety t-shirts,

approximately 200 safety hats and approximately 3,000 safety caps to Columbus

Consolidated Government (the City) on an "as needed" basis. The contract term

will be for two years with the option to renew for three additional twelve

month periods.



May 13, 2016

1. Construction Services for Bibb Mill Riverwalk ? RFP No. 16-0017

Scope of RFP

The Owner, by this Request for Proposals, desires to select a qualified

Contractor with the intent of both parties executing an Agreement for

Construction Services for the proposed TIA project. The project will consist

of a new Riverwalk trail, approximately 2000 feet in length, connecting the

existing Riverwalk to the north and south.



2. Emergency Clean-up & Debris Removal (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 16-0005

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is requesting qualified firms to submit

proposals to provide services for emergency clean-up and removal of debris that

may result from natural (storms, fallen trees, etc.) or man-made disasters

(terrorism, remnants of destroyed buildings, etc.) on an ?as needed? basis.



May 18, 2016

1. Roof Replacement at Fire Station 4 ? RFB No. 16-0034

Scope of Bid

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install a new Thermoplastic

Polyolefin (TPO) roof system at Fire Station No. 4, which is located at 200 N.

Oakley Drive, Columbus, GA 31906. Written requests for approval of any

materials submitted on this project as "Equals or Substitutes" for the

specified material must be submitted prior to or at the mandatory pre-bid

conference/site visit (see below).

1. Storing, Transporting and Recycling Waste Tires (Annual Contract) ? RFB No.

16-0035

Scope of Bid

Provide services on an ?as needed basis? storing, transporting and recycling

waste tires for the Columbus Consolidated Government, Public Works Department.
