O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year
2016 beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016 so as to appropriate and
account for the payment of legal fees and expenses provided to the Muscogee
County Sheriff in the case of Darr v. Columbus; and for other purposes.

R E S O L U T I O N S:
(2) A Resolution expressing appreciation to the Community Foundation of
the Chattahoochee Valley and the citizens of Adams County, Colorado upon their
generosity for funding and voting equipment to the Office of Elections and
