An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 7918 Crawford Drive from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning
district to SFR 3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) zoning district to SFR 3 (Single Family Residential 3)
zoning district:
All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Part of land
lot 41, 8th district, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and
designated as all of lot numbered one hundred three (103), in block lettered
?D?, of Victory Heights subdivision, as shown by a map of the replat of lots 3
& 14, block ?D? replat of blocks c, d, e, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, p, & q,
Victory Heights, dated February 18, 2010, made by William A. White Surveyor,
and recorded in Plat Book 162, Page 270, in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which plat reference is hereby
made for a more complete and accurate description as to the meets and bounds
and location of said lot 103. Lot 103 is identified as 7918 Crawford Drive,
Columbus, Georgia, according to the present system of numbering lots in
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
14th day of December, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of , 2010 and adopted at
said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
