Subject: Proposed Tyler Technologies Briefing to Council
Pam,
Betty asked that I contact you regarding setting up a status briefing to City
Council by a representative from Tyler Technologies. She said you mentioned
this to her at the "Thaw the Freeze" meeting at the Springer. Betty thought it
might be preferable to do this during a Council work session verses an open
meeting. It looks like the next work session is September 29, 2015. So I wanted
to check with you to confirm this is the day you suggest the briefing occur or
if you recommend another date. Once you let me know that, I'll proceed with
getting this briefing on the Council agenda. And please let me know if there
are any specifics you recommend we cover as part of the briefing.
