Isaiah,
We are not ready to present the Golf Cart on Riverwalk presentation on
Tuesday. We've gotten Traffic Engineering involved and they will need more
time on their end to get some processes together before we move forward. Lucy
is also researching some information for us as well. Let's plan to present the
4th Tuesday and/or the 2nd Tuesday in February.
Also, we just met with Joan and John regarding the Audit response from USA
Pools, Inc. At this point they are non-compliant based on documents we've
asked them to provide, which they did not. Joan will need some time to put
together her response to what they provided. Joan also want the opportunity to
go back and give them another 7 days to provide items that they failed to
provide instead of presenting to Council and they ask if she went back to them
to give them this opportunity. She will be ready to present the 4th Tuesday as
well or a meeting after this.
I will present the Taxi Cab Update on Tuesday.
