RESOLUTIONS:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution for ?Ms. Brenda? commending her for
her accomplishments in the Special Olympics. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
Let?s prepare a resolution for the Northern Little League upon their
return from Williamsport, Pennsylvania recognizing them for their achievements
in advancing to the Little League World Series. (Request of Councilor Allen)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
MENS HEALTH AWARENESS:
Have the staff to scroll on CCG-TV the agenda for the Men?s Health
Awareness Day events. (Request of Councilor Allen)

OAKLAND PARK AREA LANDFILL:
Have the staff to conduct a research to determine if there have been
findings of contamination or toxic waste in the Oakland Park area due to the
previous operation of a landfill. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

POLICE PATROL:
Also, have the Police Department to increase the patrol in the area around
Elvin Avenue and the trailer park due to potential illegal activity that may be
occurring. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

ST. MARY?S ROAD WIDENING PROJECT:
Have the staff to check with the Department of Transportation to begin the
process for them to consider extending the St. Mary?s Road widening project all
the way to Moye Road. (Request of Councilor Hunter)
