IV. BALCONY ENCROACHMENT - BROADWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY:
Authorization is requested to approve a permanent encroachment at 1109 Broadway
for the construction of a balcony that will extend six feet - six inches into
the public right-of-way from the existing building face with a minimum height
of eight feet above the sidewalk. An agenda report and resolution are

V. CITY RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT FOR AN INTERSECTION AND BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT ON
MUTEC DRIVE (CORPORATE RIDGE) AND WOODRUFF FARM ROAD:
Authorization is requested to execute a City Right of Way Agreement with the
Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for a county contract for an
intersection and bridge improvement at Mutec Drive (Corporate Ridge) and

the fencing around the football field and around concession stand #1 at Britt
