APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 2 and May 16, 2007.
NEW REZONING CASES:
ZC0705-2: A request to rezone 2.00 acres located at 3556 & 3562 St. Mary?s
Road. The current zoning is SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning
district. The proposed zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The
property will be used for offices and storage units. Robert Morrison is the
applicant.
ZC0705-3: A request to rezone 13.71 acres located south of the J.R. Allen
Parkway, southwest of Blackmon Road at the Greystone Apartments. The current
zoning is SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) zoning district. The proposed
zoning is RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) zoning district. The property will
be used for an addition to the Greystone Apartments. Woodmont Properties, LLC
is the applicant.
ZC0705-4: A request to rezone .25 acres located at 4617 Armour Road. The
current zoning is RO (Residential / Office) zoning district. The proposed
zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The property will be
used for retail / personal services. Rob McKenna is the applicant.
ZC0705-5: A request to rezone 3.95 acres located at the northwest corner of
Veterans Parkway and Williams Road. The current zoning is SFR1 and GC (Single
Family Residential 1 and General Commercial) zoning districts. The proposed
zoning is PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning district. The property will be
used for retail and residential. The Woodruff Brokerage Company is the
applicant.
