(2) Application of Elizabeth Hurst to temporarily close the 1100 block of

Broadway on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 7:00 a.m. ? 11:00 a.m., in connection

with ?Heat Wave 5 Mile? (The Police Chief has approved the application).



(3) Email Correspondence from Mr. Arnold Goodman providing notice of his intent

not to seek reappointment for his position on the Recreation Advisory Board

expiring December 2012.
