AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2218 Victory Drive from LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning
District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial) Zoning District to
GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
All that tract or parcel of land lying in and being part of Land Lots 64 & 67,
Coweta Reserve; Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia shown as Parcel 100 on a
plat prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated 24 January 2002 and
recorded in Plat Book 145, Folio 100 in the Office of The Clerk of Superior
Court, Muscogee County, Georgia; being more particularly described as follows:
BEGIN at an iron stake marking the intersection of the southeasterly line of
22nd Avenue and the southwesterly line of Victory Drive; thence along the
southwesterly line of Victory Drive, South 55 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds
East, 363.50 feet to an iron stake; thence leaving said street line, South 34
degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West, 242.99 feet to an iron stake on the
northeasterly line of 22nd Avenue; thence along the northeasterly line of 22nd
Avenue, North 55 degrees 05 minutes 29 seconds West, 203.37 feet to an iron
stake; thence continuing along said street line, along the arc of a clockwise
curve (said curve having a radius of 170.0 feet and being subtended by a 195.73
foot chord, bearing North 19 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds West), an arc
distance of 208.57 feet to an iron stake; thence continuing along said street
line, North 34 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds East, 130.35 feet to an iron stake
on the southwesterly line of Victory Drive and the point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
13th day of December, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of

said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
