AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A ?NO PARKING ANYTIME? ZONE ALONG THE EASTERN AND WESTERN CURBS OF BILLINGS
ROAD; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING
THESE PARKING RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
A ?No Parking Anytime? zone shall be established along the eastern and western
shoulders of Billings Road between the northern curb face of Brittany Drive and
the southern curb face of Old Dominion Road.
SECTION II.
Official traffic control signs shall be installed to indicate the ?No
Parking Anytime? zone described within Section I.
SECTION III.
All ordinances and parts of any ordinance in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.

held on the 28th day of July, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular
