I. 2009 LEGISLATIVE AGENDA:
Authorization is requested of seventeen (17) resolutions on issues included on
the City of Columbus? Legislative Agenda for the 2009 Session of the Georgia
General Assembly as discussed by the Mayor and Council. An agenda report and 17

II. STREET DESIGNATION - WILLIAMS WAY/WILLIAMS COURT:
Authorization is requested to designate Parcel Welcome Center Road, a
portion of Williams Way and Parcel 9 Right-of-Way, a portion of Williams Court
as public streets and accept a deed to Part of lot 273, 19th District also
known as Williams Court Cul-de-sac. The Department of Engineering has
inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, maps

Scope of RFB
Provide four (4) 14-passenger mini-buses to be used by the Recreation Services
Division of the Parks and Recreation Department.

1. Perforated Steel Benches ? PQ No. 09-0004
Scope of RFB
Provide twenty (20) eight-foot (8?) perforated steel benches with back and
surface mount design. Metra Transit Systems will use the benches to replace
worn out benches throughout the City and to add benches to new route locations.

1. Consulting Services for Employee Benefit Plan (Annual Contract) ? RFP No.

Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is evaluating the option of selecting a
benefits management firms to strategically plan, broker, implement, and support
our employee benefits programs. Contract term shall be for two years with the
option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. The option to renew
will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
