AN ORDINANCE
NO.
An Ordinance amending a condition in Ordinance #98-112 that amended
certain boundaries of a district located at 5446 Armour Road. The purpose of
this amendment is to delete condition numbers 1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 3 and add a
new condition number 1 and amend condition number 2.1.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 98-112 is hereby amended by deleting Condition
numbers 1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 3 and adding a new condition number 1 and
amending condition number 2.1:
1. A wood privacy fence shall be required along the north property line. Said
fence setback from the right-of-way shall be determined by the City Traffic
Engineer. Said fence shall run east to the limits of the disturbed or improved
property. The remaining unimproved property shall be maintained in an
undisturbed, natural state until this portion is developed. Should the
development be extended east into the remaining unimproved property, then said
fence shall be extended east to correspond with the extended development.
2.1. Provide one commercial driveway (one lane ingress, one lane egress)
accessing Armour Road.
