An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 5111 Armour Road from RO (Residential-Office) District to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from RO
(Residential-Office) District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of
Georgia, County of Muscogee, and City of Columbus, and being known and
designated as all of Lot Numbered Two (2), in Block Lettered ?C? of CLOVER HILL
SUBDIVISION, as shown on a map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 6, Folio 104, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Georgia.
The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:
If the property ceases to be used as a massage therapy business, then the
Planning Department shall rezone the property back to the RO zoning district.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on
the 5th day of September, 2006; introduced a second time at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the __ day of __ , 2006 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
