Board Meeting Minutes
June 23, 2009
A Meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council was held at the
Government Center Annex Building, 420 10th Street, June 23, 2009.
Members Present: Lula Arrington, Daniel Priban, Eddie Roberts, Leigh Stewart,
Members Absent: John Partin, Daniel Priban, Arthur Rogers, Charles Weaver, Tom
Wyatt
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Eddie Roberts, Acting Chair. A quorum was
not present.
The Minutes of the March 17, 2009 Meeting were tabled due to a lack of a
quorum.
The Board was provided an update on the Entitlement Funding Budget approved by
City Council during the month of June and the submission of the City?s Annual
Action Plan to HUD.
The Board was updated on the status of the NSP Program as well as the
application status of the HPRP (Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing) and
CDBG-R Grants.
ADJOURN
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
