RESOLUTION
NO.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 364-04 authorized execution of a Quit Claim Deed for an
abandoned portion of Blackmon Road;
WHEREAS, the Quit Claim Deed recorded at Deed Book 7581, page 181, contained an
erroneous description and inaccurate designation of Grantee;
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend Resolution No. 364-04 and authorize
execution of a corrective Quit Claim Deed by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
Resolution No. 364-04 is hereby amended and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute and record the attached Corrective Quit Claim Deed to a
portion of abandoned right-of-way of Blackmon Road.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
10th day of June, 2014, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
