Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept a one-time Project Lifesaver Grant 2009-SJ-BHX-KO11, for approximately
$4,000 in equipment and training from the State of Georgia. An agenda report

II. CELL TOWER LEASE EXTENSION - GOLDEN PARK SITE:
Authorization is requested to enter into an extension for a lease
agreement with Columbus Land Management, LLC for an additional five (5) year
term for space at Golden Park to install and operate a telecommunication

Scope of RFP
The City of Columbus is requesting proposals from experienced, creative
architects, building and real estate development firms OR a philanthropic
individual or nonprofit group to present a redevelopment plan for adaptive
reuse of the Claflin School building that will be consistent with applicable
deed restrictions and preserve the historic site.

Scope of Bid
Provide and install a generator set at the Government Center. The system shall
include a Caterpillar or Olympian (or equivalent) electric generator set.
Written requests for approval of any materials submitted on this project as

1. Naming Rights Partnership for the Arena, Ice Rink and Ticket Office of the
Columbus Civic Center (Annual Contract)
Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking corporations to be the naming
rights partner in three areas: Option A: Columbus Civic Center (Arena); Option
B: Columbus Ice Rink; Option C: Columbus Civic Center Ticket Office.
Corporations may submit proposals for any or all of the options.
Vendors have the option to schedule a Tour of the Columbus Civic Center
beginning January 2, 2014 ? February 14, 2014, Monday through Friday, between
the hours of 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM. To make an appointment for the tour, contact
