II. INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK - YARBROUGH ROAD/GARRETT ROAD:
Authorization is requested to proceed with executing/funding of
pre-construction requirements and installation of sidewalk along Yarbrough Road

III. PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING SERVICES - BUENA VISTA ROAD (SPIDERWEB) TSPLOST:
Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with Wolverton
and Associates for preliminary engineering services for the TSPLOST Buena Vista

IV. HOSPITAL AUTHORITY - MUSCOGEE MANOR, HEALTH INSURANCE:
Authorization is requested to discontinue healthcare coverage for the
Hospital Authority - Muscogee Manor including medical, dental and vision
coverage under the City's plan effective December 31, 2014. An agenda report

1. Automatic Announcement System (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 15-0014
Scope of RFB
Provide and install automatic announcement system for METRA Transit
System buses. Contract term shall be for two years, with the option to renew
for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal shall be
contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.

15-0016
Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is soliciting competitive
sealed proposals from experienced, qualified individuals or firms to provide
pre-employment psychological evaluation services for the Columbus Police
Department.
The term of this contract will be for two (2) years with the option to renew
for three (3) twelve-month periods. The renewal of the contract is contingent
upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
2. 457 Deferred Compensation Plan (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 15-0004
Scope of RFP
The City of Columbus, Georgia is accepting proposals from qualified firms to
provide sole-provider administration, record keeping, education and investment
management services for the City?s Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plan.
The term of this contract shall be for two (2) years with the option to renew
for three (3) twelve-month periods. The renewal of the contract is contingent
upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
