O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-12-17-2436: An ordinance rezoning approximately .6230
acre located at 1205 Front Avenue (Parcel # 004-009-022). The current zoning
is LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning district. The proposed zoning
is CRD (Central Riverfront District) zoning district. The proposed use is
restaurant/retail. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-12-17-2467: An ordinance rezoning approximately .1600
acre located at 1052 Center Street (Parcel # 016-029-001). The current zoning
is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RMF1
(Residential Multifamily 1) zoning district. The proposed use is Single Family
Residential. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department

(3) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending certain provisions of Chapter 9 of the
Columbus Code so as to update various administrative provisions pertaining to
the recording of transfers and fees for interment in lots in the various City

(4) 2nd Reading - An ordinance amending Columbus Code Section 13-240 to
allocate sewer inspection responsibilities between the Inspections & Code
Department of the Columbus Consolidated Government and the Columbus Water

(5) 1st Reading - An ordinance amending Columbus Code Section 5-3 pertaining to
the Animal Control Advisory Board to revise certain provisions relating to the

R E S O L U T I O N S:
(6) EXCP-01-18-0136: A resolution authorizing a special exception to operate a
used auto sales on property that is less than two acres but larger than one
acre at 1230 & 1238 Fort Benning Road, parcel 063-003-004 & 063-003-002. The
property is zoned GC (General Commercial). The Planning Advisory Commission
and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: Linton Porter
