Scope of Bid

The work shall consist of renovating the kitchen at Gallops Senior Center in

accordance with the designated plans and specifications. The work includes,

but is not limited to, plumbing and electrical revisions.



2. Naming Rights to the Columbus Civic Center (Annual Contract) ?

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals for Naming Rights to

the Columbus Civic Center. The contract period shall be for ten (10) years,

beginning September 1, 2007.

1. Construction Management Services for Repairs to the Historic Train

Depot

RFP No. 07-0024

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government (hereafter known as Owner) is soliciting

competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms experienced in Construction

Management Services for building repairs. The building in need of repairs is

known as the Train Depot and is located at 1200 Six-Avenue. The Depot will be

repaired as closely as possible with the RFP?s narrative. The Owner has

allocated a project budget range of $400,000.00 to $500,000.00.



2. Ball Field Soil Conditioner (Re-Bid) (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 07-0083

Scope of Bid

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia (the City) Parks and

Recreation Division is seeking vendors to provide ball field soil conditioner.

This product is used to get the ball field ready for play after it has rained.

The contract period shall be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for

three (3) additional twelve-month periods.

1. Right-of-Way Digital Imaging and Extraction of Pavement Condition

RFP No. 07-0006

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG) is requesting proposals from qualified

firms, with proven experience, to collect ground-level right-of-way digital

images of the roadway network. The images shall be used to update the pavement

condition ratings stored in CCG?s proprietary pavement management system. Under

the terms of this RFP, the successful respondent is to work with CCG?s pavement

management consultant to deliver the pavement condition ratings in the required

data import format.



2. Maintenance Services for Security Surveillance System (Annual Contract) ?

RFP No. 07-0023

Scope of RFP

It is the intent of Columbus Consolidated Government to enter into a

contractual agreement with a qualified contractor offering maintenance services

for Security Surveillance System. Contract term shall be for two years, with

the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. The

contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and

the Contractor.
