Received call from Lynn Christenton-Comier requesting advice/assistance with
problems she?s having with Medicaid and SOURCE.
Jennifer Richardson contacted for information to give to disabled spouse of
active duty soldier for employment, housing, etc. 706-545-9116 Contacted Jennifer and was
told she lost touch with client. Will let me know if she hears back from her.
Contacted by Teresa Williams. Requesting information on assistive living

Attended Result Based Facilitation Training at CSU sponsored by Family
