I. FLOATING HOLIDAY FOR FY2014:
Authorization is requested for adoption of the attached Holiday
Schedule for 2014 Budget Year recommending designating Friday, July 5, 2013 as

II. QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim to the state of Georgia
for 0.474 acres+/- of property for right of way to support the Eastern
Connector from Buena Vista Road to Chattsworth Road project. An agenda report,

III. LEASE AGREEMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH COURT, VETERANS' COURT AND ADULT FELONY
DRUG COURT OFFICE SPACE.
Authorization is requested to enter into a lease agreement for office
space at 908 Second Avenue to house staff that will administer the Mental
Health Court, Veterans' Court and Adult Felony Drug grant programs. An agenda

IV. DECLARATION OF SURPLUS/DONATION OF FIRE TRUCK:
Authorization is requested to declare Fire Truck #3138 as surplus in
accordance with Section 7-501 of the Charter of Columbus Consolidated
Government and authorize donation of surplus vehicle to Draneville Volunteer

Scope of RFB
Provide and install furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Columbus
Consolidated Government Recycling Center. Acceptable manufacturers, subject to
compliance with the specifications, are The Gunlocke Company, ABCO Office
Furniture, and Allsteel, Inc.
Other manufacturers desiring consideration must submit a written request at
least ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. The request must include
complete specifications, cuts, test data, descriptions and an installation list
of similar jobs. Submit the request to the address listed above and clearly
