A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF AUTO
DEALERSHIP ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3637 BUENA VISTA ROAD.
WHEREAS, Trianadez C. Lipscomb has appropriately applied for a Special
Exception Use, to allow the operation of a Auto Dealership on the property
described above;
WHEREAS, Auto Dealership on less than 2 acres solely as a Special Exception Use
under the current GC (General Commercial) zoning district;
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all the criteria of Section 3.2.8 of the Unified Development Ordinance has
been properly met and a Special Exception Use to allow the operation of a Auto
Dealership on less than 2 acres is granted for the property located at 3637
Buena Vista.
