Authorization is requested to execute a contract with Flournoy Construction,
LLC, to purchase 1.9 acres of property located at 413 Andrews Road for $85,000
from Enterprise Zone Funds for redevelopment in the Enterprise Zone. An

Scope of Bid
Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install a new insulated TPO roof
system at 3950 Schatulga Rd, Columbus GA.
Written requests for approval of any materials submitted on this project as
"Equals or Substitutes" for the specified material must be submitted prior to
or at the mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit.
2. Flatbed Dump Truck ? RFB No. 14-0019
Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase one (1) Flatbed Dump
Truck. The truck will be used by the Public Works Street Division to transport
signs and cones for shoulder work.

Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a vendor to refurbish refuse
truck bodies. The City will refurbish refuse truck bodies on a case-by-case, as
needed basis.
2. Professional Negotiating Services (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 14-0007
Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking negotiation consultants, who are
qualified pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, to accommodate property
owners or schedule let dates during the acquisition program. The services will
be procured on an as-needed basis.

Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase one (1) trailer-mounted
hydro-seeder and one (1) trailer-mounted top feed hay blower. The equipment
will be used by staff of the Street Maintenance Division of the Public Works
Department, to seed shoulders and stabilize banks on City right-of-ways and on
slopes to prevent erosion.
