Dear Tiny,
We want to notify you that Commissioner Baker has been absent the following
dates, 3 are consecutive:
8/21/13 (excused)
9/4/13 (unexcused)
9/18/13 (unexcused)
10/16/13 (unexcused)
11/20/13 (unexcused)
This is a list of the most recent dates, but I can go back further back if
necessary.
A letter was mailed (attached), emailed and I personally talked to him before
the meeting on November 6th, which he attended. I also gave him a copy of
Chapter 9 of the UDO that shows the rules.
I spoke with the Ralph King, Chairman of the board and he wanted me to send you
this request to find someone else to fill Mr. Baker's spot. I discussed it with
Rick and Will as well. The next PAC meeting is scheduled for December 4,
attached is a full calendar for this year. We probably need to contact Mr.
Baker before then.
