Certification Program from the Cunningham Center for Leadership Development,

Columbus State University, effective July 1, 2009, for $1,850 per session

contingent upon funding in the FY10 Budget and in future budgets thereafter.

Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to a portion of

Helen Drivel located in Section Three (3) Block E, Buckfield. The Department

of Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An

IV. U. S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - MUSCOGEE COUNTY ADULT FELONY DRUG

COURT GRANT:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept a

two year grant of $200,000 from the U. S. Department of Justice for the

operation of the Muscogee County Adult Felony Drug Court. An agenda report

Scope of RFB

Provide court reporter services for Recorder?s Court located at 702 10th Street

on an ?as needed basis?. The term of this contract will be for two years, with

an option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal

will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
