SUBJECT: Accountability Court Case Management System
INITIATED BY: Juvenile Court
Recommendation: Approval is requested to purchase the Accountability Court
Case Management System from FivePoint Solutions, LLC and allow Presiding Judge
Warner L. Kennon to sign the Statement of Work.
Background: Accountability Courts of Georgia Funding Committee applied for and
was awarded a grant to provide the Accountability Court Case Management System
to Accountability Courts. The State contracted FivePoint Solutions, LLC via
Georgia State Contract # 99999-SPD-SPD0000110.
Analysis: Muscogee County Juvenile Court is requesting authorization to
purchase the Accountability Court Case Management System from FivePoint
Solutions and authorization to allow Presiding Juvenile Court Judge Warner L.
Kennon to sign the statement of work.
Financial Considerations: Procurement of the Accountability Court Case
Management System will be through the Accountability Court Funding Committee.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement: There will be no additional expenses
and no match requirements.
Legal Considerations: Council must approve this purchase.
Recommendation/Action: Approve a resolution to purchase the Accountability
Court Case Management System from FivePoint Solutions, LLC and allow Presiding
Judge Warner L. Kennon to sign the statement of work.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE ACCOUNTABILITY COURT CASE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FROM FIVEPOINT SOLUTIONS, LLC AND AUTHORIZING PRESIDING JUDGE
WARNER L. KENNON TO SIGN THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
WHEREAS, the Juvenile Drug Court of Columbus/Muscogee County is
currently without a case management system; and,
WHEREAS, procurement of the Accountability Court Case Management System has
been made available through the Accountability Court Funding Committee with no
additional expenses or local match; and,
WHEREAS, FivePoint Solutions was granted the Georgia State Contract #
99999-SPD-SPD0000110 to provide the Accountability Court Case Management System
software, configuration, implementation, conversion, training, hosting,
maintenance and support.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase the Accountability
Courts Case Management System, with procurement through the Accountability
Court Funding Committee, and Presiding Judge Warner L. Kennon is hereby
authorized to sign the Statement of Work.
