I. SPRING FLING CARNIVAL MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT:



Approval is needed to enter into a five-year agreement with Drew Exposition

d/b/a Event Coordinators, Inc., of Augusta, GA, for the annual Spring Fling

Carnival. The contract reflects all expenses associated with the Spring Fling

Carnival. These include many expenses that would need to be paid by the

Columbus Civic Center regardless of weather for the outdoor event. The Civic

Center receives 20% of the gross receipts.





II. CONDEMNATION ON PARCEL TA-B, 049-005-004 - 2997 BUENA VISTA ROAD SPIDER WEB

NETWORK:



Approval is requested for the acquisition of Parcel TA-B, Tax Map 049-005-004,

2997 Buena Vista Road Spider Web Network at the corner of Illges Road for a

County Road and/or Municipal Street purposes and authorizing the filing of a

Declaration of Taking by the City Attorney or his representatives for the

acquisition of land under the authority of the official code of Georgia

annotated, Section 32-3-1 et. seq for the referenced project.





III. SIDEWALK VARIANCE - 6970 JAMESSON WAY:



Approval is requested to authorize a variance to City Code Section 7.10.1 for

the development at 6970 Jamesson Way to allow the sidewalk construction be

delayed until sidewalk is extended into the area.

1. Inmate Medical & Pharmacy Services for Muscogee County Prison (Annual

Contract) ? RFP No. 18-0022

Scope of RFP

It is the intent of Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) and the

Muscogee County Prison (MCP) to enter into an annual contract with a qualified

medical correctional provider for comprehensive medical and pharmacy services

to those patients incarcerated in the Muscogee County Jail (MCP).



The contract term shall be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three

(3) additional twelve-month periods.

1. River Road Roundabout ? RFB No. 18-0050

Scope of Bid

The project includes construction of the proposed roundabout at the River

Road/SR 219, Bradley Park Drive, and Cascade Drive intersection. Work includes

new asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, concrete islands, storm water

infrastructure, signage, and landscaping.



2. Agricultural Chemicals (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 18-0046

Scope of Bid

Provide agricultural chemicals on an ?as needed? basis to Columbus Consolidated

Government. The contract term will be for two (2) years, with the option to

renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.



3. Service Contract for Various Types of Engines (Annual Contract) ? RFB No.

18-0052

Scope of Bid

Provide repair/rebuild various types of engines to METRA Transit System on an

?as needed? basis. The contract period will be for three years, with the option

to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.

Scope of RFP

It is the intent of Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) and the

Muscogee County Sheriff?s Office (MCSO) to enter into an annual contract with a

qualified medical correctional provider for comprehensive medical and pharmacy

services to those patients incarcerated in the Muscogee County Jail (MCJ).



The contract term shall be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three

(3) additional twelve-month periods.
