An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 920 9th Street and 800 9th Avenue from LMI (Light
Manufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning
District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from LMI (Light
Manufacturing/Industrial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning
District:
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land lying and being part of Block 40,
Commons, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being shown and designed as
"Lot 101, 1.423 Ac +/-" and "Lot 102, 0.769 Ac +/?" on that certain map or plat
thereof entitled "Boundary Survey for Lance, Inc., Replat of Block 40, Commons,
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia," dated October 2, 2007, prepared by EMC
Engineering Services, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 161, Folio 347, in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 13th day of January, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the _____ day of , 2015 and adopted at
said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
