The Office of Elections and Registration applied for and received a donation
from the Community Foundation of the Chattahoochee Valley Inc. in the amount of
$40,000 to be used for the offset of software licensing fees and transportation
costs incurred in making the donated equipment serviceable. The City Manager
is requesting a resolution and presentation of check at the next regular
council meeting on the Mayor's agenda. Attached below is the link of the
agenda report and resolution that went before council on June 21st.
