Fort Benning to affirm the commitment of both parties to consolidate recycling

services upon the completion of the City's Recycling/Sustainability Center. An

II. COLUMBUS FAMILY CONNECTION CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL W. JOHNSON AS EXECUTIVE

DIRECTOR:



Authorization is requested to enter into a contract with the Columbus Family

Connection Board to pay Michael W. Johnson as an independent contractor for

performing services as Executive Director of Columbus Family Connection, to be

paid out of the City's Family Connection grant for FY11. An agenda report,

III. STREET ACCEPTANCE - THAT PORTION OF SILVERADO DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF

SORREL COURT LOCATED IN SECTION VI, SONOMA POINTE AND SECTION VI, STONE CREEK:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to that portion of

Silverado Drive and portion of Sorrel Court located in Section VI , Sonoma

Pointe and Section VI, Stone Creek. The Department of Engineering has

inspected these streets and recommend the acceptance. An agenda report, map

IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - VINEYARD LANE, THAT PORTION OF GRAPEVINE TRAIL AND THAT

Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to that portion

of Vineyard Lane, portion of Grapevine Trail and portion of Cupola Place

located in Arbor Pointe Phase II, AKA Baker Village. The Department of

Scope of RFP

The District Attorney?s Office desires to purchase a high-density mobile filing

system for the storage of criminal files and a secure lockable storage system

for confidential materials.

1. 14th Street Pedestrian Bridge ? RFB No. 11-0002

Scope of Bid

Provide renovations of an existing bridge structure spanning the Chattahoochee

River at 14th Street into a pedestrian (only) bridge. The work will include

structural repairs, remediation and modifications of the existing concrete and

earthen bridge and its foundation.

1. Firing Range Target System ? RFP No. 11-0001

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government invites qualified vendors to submit

proposals to provide and install a firing range target system, which will be

utilized by the Muscogee County Marshal?s Office and Muscogee County Sheriff?s

Office. The system shall include a target package, a reactive steel bobber

system and a Hogan?s Alley target package.

1. Uniform Dress Shoes & Boots ? RFB No. 11-0005

Scope of Bid

Provide uniform dress shoes & boots on an ?as needed basis? to various

departments of Columbus Consolidated Government (the City). To accommodate

walk-in service on some occasions, successful bidder shall have a business

located within a 25-mile radius of Muscogee County. The contract term will be

for two years, with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month

periods.
